OCTRD provides pharmaceutical glass packaging products and turnkey packaging solutions worldwide. This shipping policy explains delivery methods, estimated times, and responsibilities to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

We offer flexible shipping options based on order size, destination, and urgency:

  • Air Freight: Fast international delivery, suitable for small to medium orders.

  • Sea Freight: Cost-effective for large-volume shipments.

  • Express Courier: UPS, DHL, FedEx for urgent or small orders.

3. Shipping Time

  • Standard orders (non-customized products) are usually shipped within 7–14 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or made-to-order products (special sizes, glass materials, labeling, packaging design) typically require 15–25 business days.

  • Transit times depend on destination country and chosen shipping method.

4. Packaging & Handling

  • All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Fragile items, such as glass ampoules and vials, are double-boxed with protective cushioning.

  • Outer cartons, labels, and shipping marks comply with international shipping standards.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees depend on order size, weight, and destination.

  • For international shipments, customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees unless otherwise agreed.

  • Free shipping promotions may apply to select orders or destinations.

6. Tracking & Notifications

  • All shipped orders will include a tracking number.

  • Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email or WhatsApp/Zalo.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • In case of damaged or lost shipments, customers must notify OCTRD within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will coordinate with carriers to investigate and resolve the issue.

  • Eligible replacement or refund will be processed once the claim is verified.

8. International Shipping Notes

  • Customers must comply with local import/export regulations.

  • OCTRD is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance, government regulations, or unforeseen transportation disruptions.
